Special Conditions

  • • Treks cancelled due to natural disasters or political unrest are eligible for a 100% credit voucher.
  • • No refunds for "no-shows" or departures missed due to flight delays.
  • • Personal equipment rental fees are non-refundable once the trek commences.

  • • Refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team.
  • • Processing time for refunds is 7-10 business days.
  • • Bank transaction fees (approx 3%) will be deducted from the refund amount.
